These terms govern your use of this site. By using the site or signing up for the Logic Lovers list, you agree to them.

What this site is

The Labyrinth of Logic is a growing collection of math puzzles, logic games, and strategy challenges. The current preview is free to use. Paid features may be introduced in the future, and any changes will be announced ahead of time.

Logic Lovers list

• Joining the Logic Lovers list is optional and free.
• If you join, you'll receive occasional emails about new puzzles and product updates.
• You can unsubscribe at any time from any email, or by emailing us.
• Anyone signing up for someone under 13 should do so on their behalf as a parent or guardian.

What you can and can't do

You can:

• Use the puzzles for personal enjoyment and education
• Share the site with friends

You can't:

• Copy, redistribute, or sell any of the puzzles or content
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools on the site
• Attempt to tamper with the site or its underlying code
• Use the site for anything illegal

Our content

All puzzles, text, graphics, and code on this site are owned by Benjamin Cohen LLC. You have a personal, non-transferable license to use them while accessing the site.

Availability

We do our best to keep the site running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We may occasionally take the site down for maintenance or updates. We are not liable for any downtime.

Limitation of liability

This site provides educational puzzles. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is." We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content. We do not guarantee that using our puzzles will produce specific educational outcomes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Virginia.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make meaningful changes, we'll notify everyone on the Logic Lovers list by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
